Welcome to Hemo-Health.com. These Terms of Use govern your use of the website operated by Hemo-Health.com LLC ("Hemo-Health," "we," "our," or "us"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Information provided on Hemo-Health.com is intended for general educational and informational purposes unless specifically provided to you as part of an established clinical relationship. Website content is not a substitute for individualized medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
Viewing Hemo-Health.com, reading educational content, submitting a general inquiry, or communicating through the public portions of the website does not by itself establish a physician-patient relationship. A physician-patient relationship is established only in accordance with applicable law and Hemo-Health's clinical procedures.
Hemo-Health provides telehealth services to eligible patients in jurisdictions where the treating clinician is appropriately licensed and where telehealth services are legally and clinically appropriate. Availability of Hemo-Health services may vary by jurisdiction. Submission of an appointment request does not guarantee acceptance as a patient, treatment, medication, or a prescription.
Prescriptions are issued only when an appropriately licensed clinician determines that a medication is medically appropriate following an appropriate clinical evaluation and when prescribing is permitted by applicable law. Payment for a consultation or other service does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
HEMO-HEALTH IS NOT AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE. Do not use this website, email, routine telehealth scheduling, or general messaging for a medical emergency. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate evaluation at an appropriate emergency medical facility.
Telehealth is not appropriate for every medical situation. A Hemo-Health clinician may recommend or require laboratory testing, imaging, emergency evaluation, in-person examination, consultation with another clinician, hospital care, or other services that cannot appropriately be provided remotely.
Healthcare outcomes vary between individuals. Hemo-Health does not guarantee any particular diagnosis, treatment, response to treatment, prescription, clinical outcome, or result.
Hemo-Health may coordinate care with hematologists, Hemophilia Treatment Centers, primary care physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, dentists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate. Hemo-Health's services are not intended to suggest that patients should discontinue established relationships with other appropriate healthcare professionals.
Hemo-Health makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. Medical knowledge changes over time, and website information may not reflect every recent development or apply to every individual.
Unless otherwise indicated, website text, branding, graphics, educational materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Hemo-Health and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Content may not be reproduced or commercially distributed without authorization except as permitted by law.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or educational purposes. Hemo-Health does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, availability, or services.
Use of Hemo-Health.com is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.
Hemo-Health may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with the applicable effective date.
