Telehealth & Medical Disclaimer

Effective Date: September 15, 2026

Hemo-Health.com LLC provides physician-led telehealth services to eligible patients when telehealth is legally permitted and clinically appropriate.

Medical Information

Educational information provided on Hemo-Health.com is intended for general informational purposes and does not constitute individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Medical decisions should be based on an appropriate clinical evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional.

Physician-Patient Relationship

Using the public Hemo-Health website or submitting an inquiry does not by itself establish a physician-patient relationship.

A clinical relationship is established only through Hemo-Health's appropriate clinical process and in accordance with applicable law.

Telehealth Eligibility

Telehealth availability depends on factors that may include:

  • Patient location
  • Clinician licensure
  • Applicable state and federal law
  • Clinical circumstances
  • Whether remote evaluation is medically appropriate

Hemo-Health may determine that telehealth is not appropriate for a particular condition or situation.

Prescribing

Completing an intake form, scheduling or paying for a consultation, or participating in a telehealth visit does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed.

A prescription may be issued only when an appropriately licensed clinician determines that treatment is medically appropriate following an appropriate evaluation and when prescribing is permitted by law.

In-Person Care

Some conditions require services that cannot appropriately be provided through telehealth.

A Hemo-Health clinician may recommend:

  • Physical examination
  • Laboratory testing
  • Diagnostic imaging
  • Hospital evaluation
  • Emergency care
  • Evaluation by a hematologist or Hemophilia Treatment Center
  • Evaluation by another specialist
  • Other in-person medical care

Emergencies and Serious Bleeding

HEMO-HEALTH IS NOT AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE.

Do not delay emergency evaluation while waiting for a response from Hemo-Health.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, serious or uncontrolled bleeding, significant trauma, a significant head injury, severe symptoms, or another potentially life-threatening condition, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care.

Bleeding Disorders

Information concerning hemophilia, von Willebrand disease, hemophilia carriers, rare factor deficiencies, and other bleeding disorders is educational unless provided directly to a patient as part of an established clinical relationship.

Symptoms alone cannot establish a bleeding-disorder diagnosis.

Testing, diagnosis, treatment, medication selection, dosing, prophylaxis, procedural planning, and emergency management must be individualized by an appropriate clinician.

Existing Healthcare Relationships

Hemo-Health can complement care provided by other healthcare professionals.

Patients should not discontinue care with a hematologist, Hemophilia Treatment Center, primary care physician, or other healthcare professional solely because they use Hemo-Health.

No Guarantee

Hemo-Health does not guarantee eligibility for treatment, a particular diagnosis, issuance of a prescription, response to treatment, or any specific medical outcome.
